How to Measure Your Foot Length

1. Stand with your heel against a wall and place a measuring tape underneath your foot.
2. Measure the length in millimeters from the wall to the tip of your longest toe.
3. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the next larger size, as your feet naturally expand slightly when standing.

As a general guide, you can estimate your BIRKENSTOCK size by:

• Women's: Add 31 to your U.S. shoe size.
• Men's: Add 33 to your U.S. shoe size.
